Cape Winelands Tour
Visiting the towns of Franschhoek, Paarl and Stellenbosch, we will enjoy the scenic beauty of the area's wine estates surrounded by the majestic Cape Fold Mountains.
Four of these Estates will be chosen for wine tasting, the options are extensive. Stellenbosch's Mediterranean climate means that it’s a primary location for viticulture. Conditions are also perfect for growing the kind of produce that attracts world-renowned chefs to restaurants in the region. Paired with tranquil surroundings, a visit to Stellenbosch is one wine and culinary experience you shouldn't miss.
The Paarl Wine Route, renowned for its rich, full-bodied, spicy red and crisp white wines, is the second oldest in the country. The area is best known for the quality of its Shiraz, the climate in particular favouring this variety. Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinotage, Viognier and Mourvedre are increasingly well regarded. Paarl is also home to a couple of Craft breweries, olives and olive oil producers.
Nestled between towering mountains in the beautiful Cape winelands lies the magnificent Franschhoek Valley. This is the food and wine heartland of the country, where splendid wines are grown and our top chefs create international cuisine. Here breath-taking scenery, warm hospitality, world class cuisine and the finest wines all combine to create lasting memories.
